Literacy games

 Well done especially to James, who brought the book "Lost and Found" by Oliver Jeffers to school today.

Teacher had been looking for this book, we all have seen the video, and we were all keen to read the story.  It is a fantastic story, as is "The Way Back Home" by the same author.

We love reading books!

The letter "a"

Last week we learnt all about the letter a. We had lots of fun making apples. Look at our lovely apple tree.

New words Bingo

 We have begun to practise the words for our new reading book.  Teacher was so impressed with how well we know these new words that she played a Thank You Molly bingo game.  It was a lot of fun, and because we are good at recognising our new words we found this game pretty easy.  We love reading!
